I took last week off due to some technical difficulties, namely the fact that the person I was stealing my wireless internet connection from apparently moved… the nerve. Was she not aware of the ramifications of this? Was she aware that my outlet to all of you depended on me stealing from her? She couldn’t have, if she did, she probably wouldn’t have moved is what I think.

I love the interview style of song writing, the earliest I remember it was from Easy-E. The song was slept on because of all the other more high profile tracks on the 1988 release of “Easy-Duz-It”, but was always one of my favorites. Not sure if it’s a little known fact or not, but Easy didn’t do much, if any of his own writing, in fact look at the back of that disc and you’ll see the main writers are MC Ren, Ice Cube & The D.O.C.

Some people like him… some don’t… but either way you stand on the guy, the blast master KRS-1 has always kept things interesting and diverse. Throughout his long career he has shown a ton of versatility… after feeling a bit shunned by the media, he decides to just interview himself.
