Headless Heros of the Apocalypse has been sampled by the likes of ATCQ, Pete Rock, Organized Konfusion and such… which is how I came to know of this album. But thats whatever. The real sharp edge of this music is that it speaks of all the distrust, injustice, and personal struggle of man in a tempered jazz-soul-funk style (reminicient of Axelrod)… this is what disgruntaled confusion sounded like when people still a mature respect for their community. No rage or emo kids allowed.
