I loves me some finger bangering fridays. What it is. What it isn’t. I don’t think it matters. To mind ones own business is to know what ones business is. Know yourself. Know your business. Realize that having an opinion about everything isn’t necessary. Realize that “pet peeves” only make your life worse and no one else is affected. Getting and having is not the goal. Ok. this first song is from a band I don’t know anything about. But I did look up their myspace (here) and noticed that there is about 43 members in their coalition of players (actually 11-or 12) and Idk how that works, but ok. So, anyhow, they don’t have an album yet, but I like what they are bringing. This song is my favorite that I have heard so far…its sort of short so I always end up listening to it several times in a row.

The Raveonettes shouldn’t be new to you, considering that they have been putting out some quality music for a minute now. And I dig their Natural Born Killers psychobilly-rock-whatever, not to mention I’ve seen a couple really hot concert posters for them (I can’t seem to find the link though)…anyhow, dead sounds is a cool song off their album Lust Lust Lust, but this remix keeps me coming back

*Maryland’s Eyeball Skeleton are eight-year old JJ Brown, ten-year old Charlie Brown and their Dad. The band met at a hospital in the mid-1990s.

Eyeball Skeleton’s debut album “No. 1” collects all four of the band’s hit singles (“Eyeball Skeleton,” “Flat Top Vampire,” “The Bouncing Apes” and “The Smoking Turtle.”) previously available as self-released Cdrs. It was released April 4th, 2005 on My Pal God Records.

Each song begins with an image and title drawn by JJ or Charlie. JJ and Charlie write down ideas and lines for the lyrics, then work with Dad over waffles and coffee to organize the lyrics to fit their music.*
