January could be considered my arch nemesis. This morning it was -10 on the thermometer, and thats not counting windchill (-20F). A month of these temperatures and it can start to seem the whole world is against you. And even when it warms back up to around 20-30F, there is still 2 months of cold weather left. Nothing to look forward to in January. Holidays are over and spring is far off… it’s all in between time.

Damn, The new Myka 9 album 1969 is sorta bangin’ ((not like this bangin‘) but more like this bangin‘). Of course, mr. Mikah Nine best known musically as a member of the Freestyle Fellowship, has really yet to break out of his close freshcoast fan base, but thats not on account of lacking talent, but probably moreso because kids are stuuupid. I’m putting on this song becasue it features Dr.OOP (aka Droop Capone, Black Love Radiation). I’ve been a Dr.OOP fan for some time, and always make a point to check out whatever hes up to, I love his offkilter witty but serious flow (reminicent of Zev Love X) is always good; nice hear something fresh. The song I really wanted to put up was LBS. and Hugs, but that song is N/A anywhere but on vinyl. Bogus.
