I don’t know what it is… I nod my head in the car at the stop light and I don’t care if you’re watching. In the shower, I scrub & wash in rhythm, especially if you’re watching. Most times my laundry gets folded with tempo. When TUNAWAX upper management was front row at Lambeau Field for the Packers game, I could be found pelvic thrusting the railing to whatever “cheesy” tunes were coming over the P.A. Wait… that one could have been due to the glorious combo of bad beer, cheese curds, brats and blackberry brandy out of a flask disguised as binoculars. Either way, keep it movin’.

Drinking coffee in the morning, flipping those eggs or pumping that gas. Getting the mail, cleaning the house or walking down the street. Playing basketball, picking out a movie at the store or losing in Memory to my 6 year old. Either way, I try to do it with a little peep in my step.

I’m not always so optimistic, but if I gotta get something done and don’t necessarily want to or it’s not the most exciting thing in the world, I’ve got a list of tracks that motivate. On the flipside, I’d rather have someone stepping on my beanbag with a military boot then have country music in the background of me doing anything. Pop rock? How about just you just punch me right in the face! I know, to each his or her own… I guess. Fish Go Deep, great name. I found “Layback” on the Tokyo Lounge compilation, which is also great.
